These forms are applicable to California only. While the basic expungement petition form is the same statewide, each county courthouse may have additional paperwork that they require. Some counties do not charge filing fees and to our knowledge, the ones that do, have a fee waiver* available. The fee waivers vary from county to county and we are in the process of collecting those for the North State.

*Please note that you are not required to pay filing fees upfront. The court will review your fee waiver form and determine if any fees will be owed. Typically fees are paid online with a credit card.
